Is my bike good enough?
You can bring the bike you have as long as it fits you and it has no repair issues. We want our athletes to be safe above all. If you are looking for specific recommendations, feel free to reach out via email or social media. There are also some local shops that can help you, such as Outdoor Ventures in Radcliff.
What is practice like, and how often?
Practices during the season are generally every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at either the Nature Park or Buffalo Lake in Elizabethtown. Practices may consist of:

Warmups (off bike)

Skills practice

Riding on grass, gravel, pavement, or singletrack

High intensity interval training
Do I need experience mountain biking to join?
No! As long as you are in grades 5 - 12 and are able to ride a bike, you can join! We will help you build your skills and endurance.
Are there costs involved?
Yes. There are league fees and race fees, though races are not mandatory. Contact us for more information!
Can parents/guardians ride with athletes during practice?
Yes, and we are always looking for more coaches! It's an easy process to become one - ask us how!
